DatafetchPro
Automation & data extraction service

You describe the busywork.
I build the bot.

Web scraping, browser automation, and API pipelines — built to order in Python and Playwright, or as no-code macros and browser extensions. You get a working tool, the full source code, and support when the site changes.

Free scope & quote before you commit — and an honest no if it can't be done reliably.

Four ways I automate your work

Coded bots, no-code macros, AI workflows, or a browser extension — I pick whichever actually fits your task, and I'll say so if none of them do.

Python & Playwright bots

Production scrapers and RPA bots that handle JS rendering, pagination, infinite scroll, and logins — with retry logic, rate limiting, and logs.

PythonPlaywrightSelenium

No-code browser macros

UI.Vision RPA macros you can open, read, and edit yourself. Click sequences, form filling, bulk CSV loops — no server, no Python.

UI.VisionCSV loops

AI-assisted workflows

Automa workflows that read page context, call an AI model, and act on the result — enrichment, captions, replies, publishing.

AutomaOpenAI API

Extensions & userscripts

Tampermonkey scripts and custom Chrome extensions that add buttons to a page, autofill forms, and export what you see to CSV or PDF.

TampermonkeyChrome MV3

Data cleaning & storage

Deduped, validated, normalized rows landing in CSV, SQLite, PostgreSQL, Sheets, or Airtable — typed and ready to use.

API integration & scheduling

REST, GraphQL, and webhook pipelines on a schedule — price monitors, inventory alerts, and CRM syncs that run unattended.

This is an illustration on sample data, not a live tool — the real thing is built around your targets, your fields, and your schedule. Send me your source and I'll tell you what it takes.

How it works

What working with me looks like

No subscription, no seat count, no dashboard to learn. You brief a job, I deliver a tool that does it.

  1. Step 01

    Send me the target

A URL, a platform, and a sentence about what you want out of it. That's enough for me to start — no spec document required.

  2. Step 02

    You get a scope, free

I look at the page structure myself and come back with a fixed scope, a timeline, and anything that could get in the way — anti-bot protection, login walls, rate limits.

  3. Step 03

    I build and test it

Built against your real target, not a demo one. Retries, sensible delays, and logging come standard, so you can see what ran and what it found.

  4. Step 04

    You get the whole thing

The working tool plus full source code, config files, and setup instructions. Editable, readable, yours — no black boxes and nothing locked to me.

  5. Step 05

Sites change — I patch it

Layouts move and selectors break. Minor fixes after delivery are part of the deal, not a new invoice.

  6. Not sure which you need?

Describe the task in plain language. I'll tell you whether it wants a coded bot, a no-code macro, or nothing at all.

    Ask me
Under the hood

What I actually build for you

Scroll — and follow a single record through the bot I'd write, from a raw web page to your CRM.

01 · Target

Point at the source

Google Maps, LinkedIn, any e-commerce catalog or hidden API — the target gets mapped.

02 · Scrape

Crawl at scale

Headless browsers driven by Playwright harvest pages in parallel, rotating, pausing, and retrying.

03 · Clean

Structure the mess

Deduped, validated, normalized — raw HTML becomes typed rows you can trust.

04 · Store

Land it in your database

Streamed into PostgreSQL or a warehouse with schema and history intact.

05 · Deliver

Hand off anywhere

Synced to HubSpot, Sheets, or your app over REST — on a schedule, on autopilot.

Unattended

I hand it over, then it runs without you

Every bot I deliver can be scheduled to crawl, clean, and sync on its own — with logs like these so you can see exactly what it did.

Ways to work together

Three shapes most jobs take

Every job is quoted after I've looked at your target — these aren't plans you subscribe to, just the sizes work usually comes in.

Single task

One site, one workflow. The classic “this one thing eats my Mondays”.

2 days1 revision round
  • 1 target site or workflow
  • Up to ~10 steps
  • CSV or Google Sheets output
  • Setup instructions

Most requested

Multi-step bot

A few connected tasks, some conditional logic, maybe an AI or API call in the middle.

3 days2 revision rounds
  • Up to 3 sites or connected tasks
  • Looping & conditional logic
  • AI or API integration
  • Structured CSV / JSON / Sheets output
Scope this

Full pipeline

The whole machine: multi-source extraction, storage, delivery, on a schedule.

5 days3 revision rounds
  • Multi-site or multi-platform workflow
  • Scheduling & unattended runs
  • Database storage or CRM sync
  • Full documentation & handover
Scope this

Full source code is included at every size, and post-delivery fixes for layout changes come with all three.

Questions

Before you send the brief

The things people ask me most. If yours isn't here, just ask — I answer these myself.

Ready when you are

What are you still doing by hand?

Send me the site and the task. You'll get an approach, a timeline, and a fixed quote back — and if it can't be done reliably, I'll tell you that instead.
